Position Summary: Our Lead Generation Specialists create selling opportunities for the Outside Sales group by calling prospects pushed to them from our EXISTING DATABASE and scheduling face-to meetings with decision-makers. The LGS position provides the "fuel" for our Sales "engine" and is critical to our success - which is why WE PAY SO WELL for it! Nice To Haves

Previous Outbound Call Center experience and/or Inside Sales, Telemarketing, Lead Generation experience preferred
Previous experience with CRM software and Pipeline Management
Previous work experience in the following industries: Collections Door-to-Door/Canvassing

Responsibilities

Creating Sales opportunities by calling from our existing database to secure onsite meetings for our Outside Sales Reps
Updating leads with accurate coding and notes based on each call's result
Utilize provided tools for proper mapping distance between appointment sets
