About The Position

The Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and management of retail and consumer events within designated markets. This role involves coordinating event logistics, assisting with the development of marketing materials, and ensuring the smooth operation of events to generate leads and promote the company’s brand.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in organizing and executing retail and consumer events such as Home Shows, State Fairs, and other exhibitions.
  • Support event planning and logistics including setup, breakdown, and transportation of promotional materials.
  • Coordinate with retail partners and event staff to ensure staffing requirements are met and events run smoothly.
  • Contribute to the development of event scripts, collateral, and promotional content.
  • Provide support in training and coaching event promoters and representatives.
  • Maintain event documentation and track metrics for performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align event activities with business goals.
