About The Position

The Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for identifying, researching, and generating new business opportunities to support the sales team. This role focuses on building a strong pipeline of qualified leads through outbound outreach, data analysis, and strategic prospecting.

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of experience in lead generation, sales development, or a related role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify current and potential clients, industries, and markets
  • Generate new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other outreach methods
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate prospect and activity data
  • Schedule meetings and hand off qualified opportunities to the growth team
  • Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns and messaging as needed
  • Track and report on lead generation performance and KPIs
  • Continuously refine outreach strategies to improve conversion rates
