About The Position

We are seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to assist the Product and Strategy team. The Specialist assists with fueling inorganic growth activities by analyzing and researching real estate opportunities within the wireless infrastructure industry. Day-to-day you will support the business by providing information to our marketing team and negotiators.

Requirements

  • At least one year data entry
  • Strong Microsoft Office
  • Salesforce experience
  • Bachelors Degree

Responsibilities

  • Developing efficient ways to use satellite images and search engines to increase leads
  • Providing management with ongoing communication and reports about the status of data projects
  • Working with the M&A team to research and verify leads
  • Coordinating data and research projects
  • Performing database cleanup
  • Maintaining data entry requirements by following program techniques and procedures
  • Supporting the Marketing department, including answering and forwarding inbound calls, routing them appropriately, reviewing collateral, and cleaning up data lists for outgoing campaigns
  • Other duties as assigned
