Responsibilities

• Conduct requirement-gathering discussions and workshops with internal and client stakeholders, and translate functional requirements into technical requirements aligned with project goals.
• Assist with feasibility analysis by reviewing functional documents, identifying preliminary constraints, and preparing impact summaries for potential changes.
• Contribute to solution design by identifying customization requirements across multiple modules based on functional requirements and their relationship to technical requirements.
• Execute customizations and configuration changes across multiple modules in the existing system, and support implementation of business processes.
• Participate in integration design for multiple modules and assess data flow between applications.
• Analyze performance issues and optimize configurations, queries, or integrations across multiple applications.
• Create detailed functional and technical documentation, including design and process documents.
