We’re a small, agile team inside TransPerfect building a massive internal platform—a low-code application builder that powers how our entire company operates. It’s ambitious, complex, and rapidly evolving. Think: Drag-and-drop UI builder, highly dynamic, data-driven interfaces, and enterprise-scale without enterprise-level red tape. We operate like a startup embedded inside a global company. We need a proactive leader who communicates clearly, executes the product vision efficiently, and is excited to build a groundbreaking internal product from the ground up.

Requirements

• Desire for personal accountability.
• Strong organizational skills, with experience breaking down ambiguous, large-scale product designs into structured, bite-sized engineering sprints.
• Proactive implementation mindset to drive features from design handoff to production.
• Excellent communication skills to align technical execution with management's strategic goals.
• Deep expertise in React, Next.js, and advanced frontend state management.
• Proven experience leading the delivery of highly interactive, complex web applications.

Responsibilities

• Execute the vision of a drag-and-drop app builder defined by Product and Engineering management.
• Proactively flag constraints in React and Next.js frontend architecture to management early.
• Bridge communication gaps by translating product and design requirements into high-quality code.
• Lead the daily implementation of highly interactive, state-heavy internal UIs.
• Proactively identify roadblocks in frontend performance and deliver optimized solutions.
• Collaborate closely with leadership to provide accurate technical estimates and progress updates.
• Mentor team members through proactive code reviews and technical guidance.
• Build reliable component systems that non-developers can seamlessly configure and use.
