About The Position

The Frontend Developer Intern contributes to the development and enhancement of web-based analytics applications for an industrial-scale data analytics platform. Working with experienced software engineers and stakeholders, the intern helps create intuitive, reliable, and scalable user experiences that transform complex data into actionable insights. The role provides hands-on experience with modern web technologies, data visualization, analytics, software engineering practices, and cross-functional collaboration at ASML.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Bachelor’s degree candidates must have completed at least three years of study.
Experience through coursework, personal projects, research, or internships involving software development.
Experience using TypeScript, JavaScript, or other modern programming languages.
Familiarity with data analysis concepts, including data aggregation and basic statistical methods.
Experience using version control systems such as Git.
Ability to develop web applications using TypeScript, JavaScript, and modern frontend practices.
Ability to build responsive user interfaces with React and component-based architectures.
Ability to analyze, organize, and interpret data to support business and engineering objectives.
Ability to use Git and version control best practices in a collaborative development environment.
Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot software issues and improve user experience.
Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to collaborate successfully within cross-functional teams.
Ability to work with relational databases and data-driven applications.

Nice To Haves

Experience with frontend UI libraries and data visualization tools such as Ant Design and ECharts.
Ability to use Python or other scripting languages to support development and analytics activities.

Responsibilities
