About The Position

Allegiance is hiring a Lead Floor Tech for a manufacturing/industrial facility. The role involves floor care and general building cleaning, along with overseeing custodial operations and motivating and training staff. On-the-job training is available. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a related field.
• Experience managing custodial operations.
• Proven ability to motivate and train staff.
• Sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines; self-directed.
• Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and achieve effective time management.
• Strong service and quality mindset.
• Professionalism.
• Proven computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Steam-clean carpets.
• Strip floors using the proper machinery.
• Apply wax to coat floors and buff them.
• Apply sealant to floors.
• Deep-clean painted floors using appropriate chemicals and degreasers.
• Clean buildings by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors and cleaning other surfaces.
• Gather and empty trash.
• Move heavy equipment and furniture.
• Manage custodial operations.
• Motivate and train staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
