About The Position

This is an experienced, customer-facing lead role for the Unison Division of Southern Outdoor Restoration. As a Lead Exterior Cleaning Technician, you will complete assigned tasks such as cleaning dryer vents, gutters, and pressure washing homes. You will be responsible for preparing the truck, running the route, and serving as the primary point of contact for homeowners from arrival to walkthrough. The role requires owning the quality of every property and representing the company's reputation through excellent work. Orientation and training are planned to begin between October 19 and 23, 2026.

Requirements

• Valid NC or SC driver's license with two or more years of licensed driving experience.
• A good driving record (MVR reviewed before hire and monitored continuously).
• Two or more years in route service, field service, delivery, the trades, or another role working at customer properties without direct supervision.
• Availability Monday through Friday, on-site by 7:30 AM.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal safety instructions in English.
• Physical capability to meet the demands of the role.
• A drug-free, safety-first mindset.
• Professional conduct on every property.
• Ability to protect customer property, including landscaping, vehicles, siding, and finishes.
• Dependability and ability to follow through on commitments.
• Proactive communication regarding issues or unclear instructions.
• Team-first attitude and willingness to assist where needed.
• Genuine interest in outdoor, hands-on work.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (visa sponsorship is not provided).

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned exterior cleaning tasks including dryer vents, gutters, and pressure washing.
• Prepare the service truck for daily routes.
• Run daily service routes efficiently.
• Serve as the main point of contact for homeowners, managing customer interactions from arrival to walkthrough.
• Ensure the quality of work performed at each property.
• Represent the company professionally and maintain its reputation.
• Handle hoses, wands, ladders, and safety harnesses correctly and safely.
• Meet OSHA and internal safety standards on every job.
• Follow daily job assignments and safety protocols accurately.
• Communicate with homeowners at arrival and completion.
• Document results with photos in the provided app.
• Flag any issues or necessary information for the office.
