About The Position

This is an experienced, customer-facing lead role for Southern Outdoor Restoration's residential service brand, Unison. Technicians clean dryer vents, gutters, and pressure wash homes. The Lead Technician is responsible for completing assigned tasks, preparing the truck, running the route, and managing customer interactions from arrival to walkthrough. The role emphasizes owning the quality of work and representing the company's reputation through excellent service.

Requirements

  • Valid NC driver's license with two or more years of licensed driving experience.
  • A good driving record (MVR reviewed before hire and monitored continuously).
  • Two or more years in route service, field service, delivery, the trades, or another role requiring work at customer properties without direct supervision.
  • Availability Monday through Friday, on-site by 7:30 AM.
  • Ability to read and follow written and verbal safety instructions in English.
  • Physical capability to meet the demands of the role.
  • A drug-free, safety-first mindset and professional conduct.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Complete assigned exterior cleaning tasks for residential properties, including dryer vents, gutters, downspouts, siding, driveways, and walkways.
  • Prepare the service truck for daily routes.
  • Run the daily route, managing the schedule and tasks.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, managing interactions from arrival to walkthrough.
  • Ensure the quality of work performed at each property.
  • Represent the company professionally and maintain its reputation.
  • Handle hoses, wands, ladders, and safety harnesses correctly and safely.
  • Meet OSHA and internal safety standards on every job.
  • Communicate with homeowners at arrival and completion.
  • Document job results with photos in the provided app.
  • Flag any issues or necessary information for the office.
