About The Position

Sparkle Squad is one of North America's largest window cleaning companies, serving homes and businesses since 2012. Our Charleston team is growing fast, and we need a proven leader to run crews in the field. This role involves leading a 2-3 person crew, ensuring quality, safety, and customer experience on every job, and training new technicians. The company cleans hundreds of residential homes and dozens of commercial properties each year and emphasizes being the Cleaner, Safer, Better window cleaning company.

Requirements

1+ years in exterior cleaning, landscaping, construction, or a similar trade
Have led a crew, or are ready to step up and do it
Show up every day and set the example
Can troubleshoot equipment and solve problems on site
Have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record (you'll drive company vans and tow trailers)
Communicate well with customers and teammates

Responsibilities

Lead daily jobs: window cleaning, soft washing, pressure washing, gutters, and holiday lighting
Run the job site: set up, assign tasks, check quality, and walk the property with the customer at the end
Train new techs and hold the team to our standards
Own vehicle and equipment care, including pressure washers, pumps, and water-fed poles
Enforce ladder, roof, and chemical safety
Report job status, issues, and upsell opportunities to the ops team
