About The Position

Unison is SOR's residential service brand. Our technicians clean dryer vents and gutters and pressure wash homes, which means we are in customers' driveways, on their roofs, and at their front doors every day. This is an experienced, customer-facing lead role. A Unison Lead completes the task we were hired to perform for the property owner, prepares the truck, runs the route, and is the person the homeowner deals with from arrival to walkthrough. You own the quality of every property you leave and our reputation through your excellent work. Orientation and training are planned to begin for this cohort between October 7 and 12, 2026.
