About The Position
The ISC Capital Engineering group is seeking a Lead Estimator to develop accurate, comprehensive cost estimates for complex capital, manufacturing, and construction projects across Solstice Advanced Materials’ manufacturing network. This position may be based in Baton Rouge or Geismar, LA; Colonial Heights, VA; or Houston, TX, and reports to the Senior PP&C Manager. This role provides leadership in estimating strategy, supports project teams throughout the project lifecycle, and serves as a subject-matter expert across multiple engineering and construction disciplines.
