About The Position

The PMO Lead – Capital Projects & Operational Readiness partners directly with the Account Director to design, implement, and institutionalize end-to-end delivery frameworks across the account’s built environment. The role establishes the playbook, standards, and reporting systems used by construction and development teams. These frameworks ensure completed construction scopes transition effectively into ongoing Facilities Management (FM) and operations. The role establishes project governance and delivery lifecycle standards, manages construction-to-operations handover protocols, advises the Account Director on portfolio health and performance, and leads compliance audits, onboarding, and process improvement.

  • Design, enforce, and improve a formal Operational Readiness and Transition-to-Operations process.
  • Establish mandatory closeout packages, including O&M manuals, warranty trackers, as-built drawings, asset tagging/data intake sheets (COBie/BIM), and life-safety certifications.
  • Partner with Facilities Managers and Maintenance Leads during design and construction to establish maintainability standards and acceptance sign-offs before substantial completion.
  • Create training and operational run-up procedures to support post-occupancy stabilization.
  • Advise the Account Director on portfolio health, risk exposures, contractor performance, and compliance metrics.
  • Establish reporting cadences and executive dashboards to track CapEx variance, schedule milestone trends, and hand-off velocity.
