About The Position

Regent5 is seeking a Lead Electrician with experience in high-end residential and light commercial electrical work. This is an in-person role based in San Carlos, CA, requiring a hands-on individual who is eager to learn and grow. The ideal candidate is technically inclined, has experience on construction sites, and possesses a strong work history with high emotional intelligence.

Requirements

• Experience on construction sites
• Ability to climb ladders, pull cabling, use power tools & hand tools
• A steady work history (3yrs between hops)
• Pleasant disposition, High EQ
• 5+ years of licensed residential electrician experience
• California Electrical Certification (General Electrician)
• Exposure to lighting control systems (Lutron)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in various conditions
• Experience with high-end residential electrical work
• OSHA 10 or 30 certified

Responsibilities

• Install/Maintain/Repair electrical systems (new/retro)
• Read and Interpret blueprints
• Advanced troubleshooting of electrical issues
• Follow safety rules and regulations
• Communication with clients and team members
• Coordinate with PMs, Engineering, & other trades on site
• Maintain clean, organized job site
• Mentor apprentices as needed
• Document work and communicate weekly updates to PMs
