Service Technician (High-End Resi AV, Lighting, Shading, Control)
About The Position
SAV Digital Environments is seeking a Service Technician to service residential A/V, Home Theater, Network, Control, Lighting, Shading, & Security Systems. This role involves reading and interpreting floor plans and technical documents, understanding wiring and signal flow, and troubleshooting various systems. The ideal candidate will have experience with systems like Crestron, Savant, Control4 (C4), Josh.Ai, and Lutron QSX, along with an advanced understanding of networking and device troubleshooting. Responsibilities also include training clients on system usage, recommending upgrades, and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Experience on construction sites, AV, Lighting, Shading, Control, and Networks
- Ability to climb ladders
- Ability to use power tools & hand tools
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Steady work history (3yrs between hops)
- Pleasant disposition
- High EQ
- Valid License
- Clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
Nice To Haves
