About The Position

We are seeking a trustworthy and growth-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Manager. This role requires a blend of field and office work, with a strong technical inclination and a curiosity for how things operate. The ideal candidate will have experience on construction sites, specifically in AV/LV, and a solid understanding of the built environment across all three phases of implementation (Rough/Trim/Final). We value a steady work history, high emotional intelligence, and a pleasant disposition.

Requirements

Experience on construction sites as a Project Manager (AV/LV is a plus).
Knowledge of the built environment and experience with all three phases of implementation (Rough/Trim/Final).
A steady work history (3 years between job changes).
High EQ.
Ability to read, interpret, manifest, mark-up, and distribute plan sets/blueprints.
Ability to work on construction sites with situational awareness.

Nice To Haves

Experience in AV/LV projects.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, in-house staff, other trades, GCs, architects, and reps.
Understand, deliver, and troubleshoot the scope of work as needed.
Plan and manage project timelines and scheduling proactively, ensuring alignment with resources.
Monitor and manage project profitability by keeping actual hours at or below budgeted hours, and by removing redundancy and errors.
Issue work orders to the team and coordinate with third parties.
Ensure all work meets the scope of work, plans, company standards, and client expectations through quality control.
Read, interpret, manifest, mark-up, and distribute plan sets/blueprints to the team.
Create, submit, obtain approval for, confirm payment for, and execute change orders.
Maintain up-to-date status in Project Management Software at all times.
Work on construction sites with situational awareness.
