About The Position

CITE Solutions is seeking a Lead Electrician with experience in high-end residential and light commercial electrical work. This is a hands-on, field-based role for individuals who are technically inclined, eager to learn, and possess a strong work ethic. The position involves installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical and lighting systems, reading blueprints, assisting with low voltage cabling, troubleshooting electrical issues, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations. The role also requires effective communication with clients and team members, coordination with project managers and other trades, maintaining a clean job site, mentoring apprentices, and providing weekly work updates.

Requirements

• Experience on construction sites
• Ability to climb ladders, pull cabling, use power tools & hand tools
• A steady work history (3yrs between hops)
• A pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ
• 5+ years of licensed residential electrician experience
• Exposure to lighting control systems (Lutron)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in various conditions
• Experience with high-end residential electrical work

Responsibilities

• Install/Maintain/Repair electrical and lighting systems (new/retro)
• Read and Interpret blueprints
• Learn and assist with low voltage cabling
• Advanced troubleshooting of electrical issues
• Follow safety rules and regulations
• Communication with clients and team members
• Coordinate with PMs, Engineering, & other trades on site
• Maintain clean, organized job site
• Mentor apprentices as needed
• Document work and communicate weekly updates to PMs

Benefits

• $35-$50/hr
• 401k 3% match (after 90 days)
• QSEHRA ($40/wk reimbursement after 90 days)
