About The Position

The Lead DSP - Site Supervisor oversees the overall operations of a group home site in Crystal, Minnesota. The role includes providing direct care to residents and assisting the Program Manager with daily staffing, client programming, training, and scheduling as needed. The schedule is Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., plus every other Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The employee must be able to flex hours as needed to cover open shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a high school diploma or GED.
• Possess a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Be able to pass a background check through DHS.
• Have three years of group home experience.
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Have basic computer skills.

Nice To Haves

• One year of management or scheduling experience is preferred.
