About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager for its Future Autonomous Marketing (FAM) team, which is transforming marketing planning, creation, optimization, and delivery through AI-powered agents. The role serves as strategic Product Owner for the Experience Optimization Agent, a FAM capability that helps campaign managers design, configure, launch, measure, and optimize digital experiments and personalized experiences using AI-assisted recommendations, guided workflows, automation, and decision support. The Product Manager owns the capability’s vision, strategy, roadmap, backlog, delivery priorities, adoption, and business outcomes. The role defines how AI and experimentation platforms, including Adobe Target, work together to simplify complex processes, improve experimentation quality, accelerate delivery, and increase customer and business value. This is a product leadership position, not a hands-on test-building, campaign-execution, or experimentation-practitioner role. The Product Owner is accountable for setting product direction, defining platform capabilities, making prioritization and trade-off decisions, and delivering an enterprise-scale AI-enabled product. The position works with engineering, architecture, data science, analytics, design, risk, controls, marketing, digital, operations, and other teams. It also ensures capabilities align with enterprise governance, compliance, security, privacy, and Responsible AI standards, embedding appropriate controls, transparency, and human oversight.

  • Strong understanding of experimentation and personalization platforms, including Adobe Target or comparable technologies.
