About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager to join the Future Autonomous Marketing (FAM) team, an initiative focused on transforming how marketing is planned, created, optimized, and delivered through AI-powered agents. The role is the strategic Product Owner for the Experience Optimization Agent, a capability that helps campaign managers design, configure, launch, measure, and optimize digital experiments and personalized experiences using AI-assisted recommendations, guided workflows, automation, and decision support. The Product Manager owns the product vision, strategy, roadmap, backlog, delivery priorities, adoption, and business outcomes. They define how AI and experimentation platforms, including Adobe Target, work together to simplify processes, improve experimentation quality, accelerate delivery, and increase customer and business value. The role translates marketer and business needs into scalable product capabilities and leads delivery with engineering, architecture, data science, analytics, design, risk, and control teams. It is a product leadership role—not a hands-on test-building, campaign-execution, or experimentation-practitioner position. The role requires willingness to work from one of the locations listed in the job posting on a hybrid schedule. Visa sponsorship is not supported. The stated base pay range is $119,000 to $224,000; employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities. Pay may vary based on factors including prior performance, skills, experience, and work location.
