About The Position

The Lead Dental Assistant, under the general direction and supervision of the Dental Practice Manager, provides oversight of the daily operations of the Dental Assistants. The role’s comments, attitudes, actions, and behaviors directly affect the clinic and the perception of its service quality. Interactions with patients, providers, coworkers, and supervisors should be friendly, supportive, courteous, respectful, cooperative, and professional. The Lead Dental Assistant promotes teamwork consistent with Tower Health standards and guidelines and supports positive relationships.

• Complete and maintain all competencies and trainings required for the role.
• Dental X-ray Certification.
