Lead Custodian - Weekend Night Shift
About The Position
Verde Clean is hiring a Lead Custodian to help maintain clean, safe, and welcoming facilities. The role combines hands-on custodial work with team leadership and operational coordination. The schedule is Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 6:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m., with pay of $19 per hour and an ASAP start. The Lead Custodian covers assigned cleaning areas, assists with daily custodial tasks, and supports and supervises the team. The role also handles incoming calls on a company-issued phone, follows up as needed, responds to emails, and coordinates tasks to support smooth operations. The position requires sustained physical activity and work in varied environments, with adherence to PPE and safety protocols. Requirements
- Previous custodial experience.
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and a team player.
- Ability to lead and motivate a small team.
- Strong communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, including continuous standing, walking, and movement; lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling; frequent bending and reaching; and operating custodial tools and equipment.
- Ability to work in varied temperatures and tolerate exposure to cleaning chemicals, dust, odors, and allergens while following PPE and safety protocols.

Responsibilities
