About The Position
The Night Shift Custodian maintains a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for patients, visitors, and staff in a facility. This full-time position works a consistent 11:00 PM–7:30 AM shift, with every weekend required and two weekdays off each week. Weekend work is also specified for the first 90 days. Compensation is $14 per hour, paid weekly.
Requirements
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented team player.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Prior housekeeping, janitorial, or custodian experience.
- Availability to work the 11:00 PM–7:30 AM shift and every weekend, with two weekdays off each week.
Responsibilities
- Clean and disinfect patient rooms, restrooms, hallways, and common areas daily.
- Restock supplies and maintain cleanliness standards throughout the facility.
- Follow safety and infection control protocols.
- Respond promptly to housekeeping requests from staff or supervisors.
