About The Position

Join our team as an experienced Electrician and play a key role in delivering exceptional electrical services to our customers. This role involves performing commercial electrical service, troubleshooting, repairs, and installations for a variety of commercial facilities. You will also complete special projects, tenant improvements, and commercial build-outs. The position requires installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical wiring, equipment, fixtures, lighting systems, and basic lighting controls. Responsibilities include pulling wire and cable, bending and installing EMT, PVC, and rigid conduit, and reading and interpreting blueprints, electrical drawings, and specifications. Safety is paramount, requiring work at heights using ladders, scaffolding, lifts, and rooftops while following all OSHA and company safety standards. You will maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, identify, correct, and report safety hazards and code deficiencies. This role also involves leading by example while mentoring, training, and supporting apprentices and junior technicians. Professional communication with customers, project managers, and team members is essential for successful project completion. Accurate and timely completion of service documentation is also required. Requirements

Minimum of 2–5 years of commercial electrical service experience.
Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
Ability to troubleshoot commercial electrical systems efficiently.
Experience with conduit bending, wire pulling, lighting installations, and electrical controls.
Excellent customer service, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to lift 50–75 pounds, climb ladders, kneel, crawl, and stand for extended periods.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Ability to work independently while effectively leading and collaborating with a team.

Responsibilities
