About The Position

The Romanoff Group of Companies is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain systems or equipment in residential settings. The role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to excellent customer service. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; candidates must be willing to be flexible because jobs may change. The role may involve on-call and overtime work as needed. A sign-on bonus of up to $5,000 is offered to qualified candidates, with amounts varying by experience.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in service work.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Ability to meet the stated physical demands, including lifting and moving up to 50 pounds and working in all weather conditions while wearing appropriate PPE.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose a variety of service issues.
• Perform repairs, part replacements, and system maintenance.
• Manage materials and schedules, and ensure quality work.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Document work performed and report recurring issues to management.
• Be available for on-call and overtime work as needed.
• Follow applicable safety guidelines and regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
