About The Position
The Electrical Installation Technician 2 provides leadership and positive mentorship to Level 1 and below installation technicians. The role supports the Service Manager, dispatch, and Commercial Sales, and is responsible for promoting high-quality installation work, strong customer relationships, and adherence to safety and quality standards. The technician uses knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and equipment to troubleshoot, repair, and replace as appropriate.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 5 years of electrical experience.
- Proficiency with electrical systems, tools, and equipment.
- Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and replace electrical systems and components as appropriate.
- Ability to inspire, motivate, guide, and give constructive feedback to others.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships, resolve issues, and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Clear written and verbal communication tailored to multiple audiences.
- Reliability, punctuality, and ability to work well under pressure while upholding company values.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and provide proof of employment eligibility at hire.
Nice To Haves
- Journeyman’s License.
