About The Position

The Electrical Installation Technician 2 provides leadership and positive mentorship to Level 1 and below installation technicians. The role supports the Service Manager, dispatch, and Commercial Sales, while ensuring high-quality installation work, strong customer relationships, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
A minimum of 5 years of electrical experience.
Proficiency in electrical systems, tools, and equipment, including the ability to troubleshoot, repair, and replace as appropriate.
Ability to inspire, motivate, and guide others, provide constructive feedback, and recognize contributions.
Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships, resolve issues, and maintain customer satisfaction.
Clear written and verbal communication tailored to multiple audiences.
Reliability, punctuality, ability to work well under pressure, and commitment to upholding company values.
Legally authorized to work in the United States and able to provide proof of employment eligibility at hire.
