About The Position

The Lead Cleaner ensures facility operations follow policies and procedures and coordinates daily operations by assigning work and guiding team members. At an assigned location, the Lead provides supervision when the Manager is absent and demonstrates established standards for keeping buildings and facilities clean and safe for workers and customers. The position involves operating specialized equipment, handling cleaning chemicals, and assisting with general janitorial duties as needed.

The role is located at 6425 Byrd Drive, Loveland, Colorado 80538, with a stated shift of 5:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The listed pay rate is $22.37 per hour; an offer may vary based on experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and market alignment. Responsibilities

• Follow assigned work schedules and route cards, and report barriers.
• Provide leadership and direction to team members.
• Maintain open communication between field employees and management, and monitor and document client communications.
• Assist with creating daily and weekly work schedules.
• Oversee and perform cleaning operations in the assigned building.
• Maintain keys and access cards for the property.
• Report damaged, broken, or out-of-service features and items.
• Oversee and perform additional service requests (tag jobs) in the assigned building.
• Oversee job quality and confirm completion with the Area Manager.
• Train new hires assigned to the building in accordance with onboarding procedures.
• Complete and validate time records for regular or subcontractor employees.
• Check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly.
• Obtain any additional certifications or training needed for the site type.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
