About The Position

The Lead Cleaner ensures facility operations follow policies and procedures and coordinates daily operations by delegating assignments and providing guidance. The Lead Cleaner supervises an assigned location when the Manager is absent and demonstrates established standards to maintain clean and safe buildings and facilities for workers and customers. The role includes operating specialized equipment, handling cleaning chemicals, and assisting with general janitorial duties as needed. The position is located at 50 Airways Blvd, Nashville, TN 37217. The stated pay range is $16.50–$17.00 per hour; an individual offer may vary based on experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and market data.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Nice To Haves

One year of customer service experience.
One year of lead or supervisory experience.
Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Follow assigned work schedules and route cards as directed, and report barriers.
Provide leadership and direction to team members.
Maintain open communication between field employees and management, and monitor and document client communications.
Assist with preparing daily and weekly work schedules.
Oversee and perform cleaning operations in the assigned building.
Manage keys and access cards for the property.
Report damaged, broken, or nonoperational features and items.
Oversee and perform additional service requests (tag jobs) in the assigned building.
Oversee job quality and confirm completion with the Area Manager.
Train new hires assigned to the building in accordance with onboarding procedures.
Complete and validate time records for regular or subcontractor employees.
Check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly.
Obtain any additional certifications or training required by the site type.
Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
