About The Position

This role leads a preschool classroom at a child care center, creating interactive learning experiences and supporting children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth. The Lead Teacher manages the classroom, implements curriculum, follows licensing guidelines and company standards, mentors fellow Teachers, and builds relationships with current and prospective families to support children’s achievement and the center’s success. The position requires working indoors or outdoors and engaging in physical activity with children.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Be able to meet state education requirements and the child care center’s requirements.
• Be able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
