About The Position

As a Lead Teacher at a child care center, you will inspire children to become lifelong learners by creating interactive learning experiences and promoting the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children. You will mentor fellow Teachers, lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards, and build relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support children’s achievement and the center’s success.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and the child care center’s requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences and mentor fellow Teachers.
