About The Position

OnTrac is seeking a Lead Change Management Consultant (L5) for a contractor program within a Google-focused solutions practice. The role serves as the primary point of contact for strategic corporate and enterprise customers, leading large-scale technology adoption and transformation programs and strategic conversations with C-suite leadership. It combines customer delivery with developing the change management practice, including its expansion into artificial intelligence, and focuses on adoption of Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise. The position requires subject-matter expertise in both products and a record of leading enterprise-scale change. It is highly customer-facing and requires a professional, energetic demeanor. The consultant provides strategic direction and hands-on execution, including executive workshops, enterprise transformation delivery, product adoption planning, business development support, and coaching junior team members. The role is based in the United States and fully remote. Travel may be required for key implementation dates; consultants are not stationed at customer sites for the duration of a project.
