Requirements

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Medical Assistant obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Nice To Haves

• Experienced MA.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shift activities and workflow for physician practice operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and according to policy.
• Oversee the orientation and training of new associates while providing performance feedback and technical guidance to the team.
• Manage clinical inventory by monitoring supply levels, placing orders, and organizing medication samples.
• Assign and review staff work to ensure compliance with clinical procedures and operational standards.
