About The Position

ServiceMaster DSI is seeking full-time skilled tradespeople with remodeling experience, including carpenters, drywallers, painters, tile and flooring tradespeople, and mechanical tradespeople. The work ranges from small patch-and-paint jobs to complete home rebuilds. Tradespeople work on construction phases, not water mitigation. The company describes the position as year-round, permanent work with a consistent workload and opportunities for advancement. Starting pay is $25 or more per hour, with negotiable rates based on experience, skills, and trade knowledge. A daily vehicle stipend is offered for travel expenses. Overtime is paid after 40 hours, with double time after 60 hours. Six major holidays are paid, and PTO accrues over time. The role includes collaboration with superintendents and other tradespeople to achieve job goals.

Requirements

At least 10 years of experience in the construction trades.
Remodeling experience and proficiency in drywall, finish carpentry, and painting.
Lead and/or management experience.
Ability to train other carpenters.
Reliable and hardworking.
Provide your own tools.
Excellent communication skills.
Valid driver's license.
Reliable transportation.
Able to move and/or lift more than 50 pounds.
Pass a background check and drug screen.
