Carpenter / Drywaller / Painter – Skilled Tradesmen
About The Position
ServiceMaster DSI is seeking a full-time skilled tradesperson with remodeling experience, including skills such as drywall, painting, tile, flooring, carpentry, or mechanical work. The role covers construction phases of restoration projects, ranging from small patch-and-paint jobs to complete home rebuilds; tradespeople do not perform water mitigation. The position offers steady, year-round work, with pay starting at $25–$35 per hour depending on experience and trade knowledge, a daily vehicle stipend for travel expenses, and overtime pay after 40 hours and double time after 60 hours. Employees accrue paid time off, receive six paid major holidays and a floating holiday, and may have opportunities for advancement. The company provides a cell phone and credit cards, along with medical, dental, vision, and supplementary plans and a 401(k).
Requirements
- Remodeling experience.
- Reliable and hardworking.

- Valid driver's license.
- Reliable transportation.
- Able to move and/or lift 50+ lbs.
- Pass a background check and drug screen.
