About The Position

Clark Construction is seeking a skilled, detail-oriented Painter/Drywaller to perform painting, drywall installation and finishing, rough carpentry repairs, and make-ready work on residential and commercial construction, remodeling, and renovation projects. The role includes preparing surfaces, applying paint and other coatings—including intumescent paint—and completing repairs and fixture installations to deliver high-quality, move-in-ready spaces. The employee works with construction teams, follows site safety procedures, and maintains tools and equipment. Experience applying intumescent paint is required. This is a physically demanding position on active construction sites. Work regularly takes place outdoors and may involve exposure to weather, heavy equipment and construction traffic, noise, dust, fumes, airborne particles, vibrations, and potential electrical hazards. Employees must wear required personal protective equipment and follow company safety policies and applicable laws. The role may require extended hours during critical project phases or to meet client deadlines. A pre-employment drug fitness-for-duty screening and random quarterly screenings are required.
