About The Position

Electric Lettuce is seeking a Lead Budtender to join its Sandy team. The role combines customer service, cannabis product education, sales-floor upkeep, and leadership support. The Lead Budtender helps deliver a welcoming customer experience, coaches other team members, supports daily dispensary operations, and follows company policies and OLCC requirements. The role includes physical demands such as standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

• Retail and customer service experience.
• Leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Must be 21 or older.
• Valid OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a great customer experience and coach others to do the same.
• Educate customers and help them find the right cannabis products.
• Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Help keep daily dispensary operations running smoothly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor.
• Support merchandising, product displays, and sales.
• Lead by example in following company policies and OLCC requirements.
• Assist management as needed.
