About The Position

Electric Lettuce is hiring a Lead Budtender for its Tigard team. The role combines customer service, cannabis product education, retail operations, and team leadership to help create a welcoming dispensary experience. The Lead Budtender supports daily operations, sales-floor presentation, and adherence to company policies and OLCC requirements, and assists management as needed.

Requirements

• Retail and customer service experience.
• Leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Must be 21 or older.
• Valid OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a great customer experience and coach others to do the same.
• Educate customers and help them find the right cannabis products.
• Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Help keep daily dispensary operations running smoothly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor.
• Support merchandising, product displays, and sales.
• Lead by example in following company policies and OLCC requirements.
• Assist management as needed.
