About The Position

Electric Lettuce is seeking a Lead Budtender to join its Oregon City team. The role combines customer service, cannabis product education, retail operations, and team leadership. The Lead Budtender helps deliver a welcoming customer experience, coaches other team members, supports daily dispensary operations, and assists management as needed. The position requires meeting physical demands that include standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

• Retail and customer service experience.
• Leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a great customer experience and coach others to do the same.
• Educate customers and help them find the right cannabis products.
• Process point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Help keep daily dispensary operations running smoothly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor.
• Support merchandising, product displays, and sales.
• Lead by example in following company policies and OLCC requirements.
• Assist management as needed.
