About The Position

Electric Lettuce is hiring a Lead Budtender for its Sellwood team. The role combines customer service, cannabis product education, point-of-sale transactions, and support for daily dispensary operations. The Lead Budtender coaches team members, maintains a welcoming sales floor, supports merchandising and sales, and leads by example in following company policies and OLCC requirements. The position also assists management as needed.

Requirements

• Retail and customer service experience.
• Leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication skills, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a great customer experience and coach others to do the same.
• Educate customers and help them find appropriate cannabis products.
• Process point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently.
