About The Position
Horizon Services (formerly Blue Valley) is looking for an experienced Licensed HVAC Lead Installer to join our growing team across the Longmont/Englewood, CO area. You'll lead residential HVAC installations, mentor junior installers, and deliver high-quality work homeowners can depend on. Requirements
- Colorado HVAC license/certification as required for the role
- 2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience preferred
- Ability to lead installation projects while working effectively with a team
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
Responsibilities
- Lead the installation of residential furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and air handlers
- Mentor and work alongside installation team members for safe, efficient, high-quality installs
- Maintain clean, organized job sites while delivering exceptional customer service
- Ensure all installations meet company standards, manufacturer specs, and applicable codes
