Lead Bathroom Installer - $2000 SIGNING BONUS
About The Position
West Shore Home is hiring an experienced Lead Bathroom Installer to lead residential bathroom remodeling projects in the Boston, Massachusetts area. The role involves taking projects from start to finish, including demolition of existing tubs and showers, plumbing updates, and installation of new tubs, shower pans, wall surrounds, and accessories. Installers work independently in customers’ homes, uphold quality and safety standards, communicate professionally with homeowners, and complete project closeout. The position is Monday through Friday with a 6:30 AM start; overtime is paid at 1.5 times the regular rate, and Saturdays are paid at double time. Requirements
- Previous hands-on experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction, or installation.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Valid smartphone or smart device for required company systems and two-factor authentication.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field.
- Ability to read and follow measurements and installation specifications.
- Comfort working with hand and power tools.
- Ability to perform demolition and residential remodeling.
- Ability to make plumbing adjustments as needed.
- Ability to solve problems when plans change or unexpected issues arise.
- Ability to communicate professionally with homeowners.
- Commitment to the quality of finished work.
Responsibilities
- Lead bathroom remodeling projects from start to finish.
- Load the truck and materials at the warehouse before traveling to the job.
- Arrive at customers’ homes on time and represent West Shore Home professionally.
- Safely demolish existing tubs and showers while protecting the customer’s home.
- Install new tubs, shower pans, wall surrounds, and related components.
- Perform plumbing updates and modifications when needed.
- Ensure installations meet quality and safety standards.
- Keep the jobsite clean and treat the customer’s home with respect.
- Communicate with customers throughout the installation.
- Complete required paperwork and project closeout.
- Return to the warehouse at the end of the day.
