LEAD ATTENDANT

About The Position

ABM is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Lead Attendant to support daily operations and provide leadership to onsite staff. The role ensures work is completed efficiently, maintains high service standards, assists with employee training, and serves as a point of contact for team members and management. The Lead Attendant may also perform attendant duties as needed to support operations.

Requirements

Valid driver's license.
Reliable transportation.
Basic computer literacy.
Open availability to work scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities

Lead and support attendants during daily operations.
Assign and monitor daily tasks to ensure completion and quality standards are met.
Train, coach, and assist new employees with onboarding and job duties.
Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence.
Address customer and client concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain accurate records, logs, and reports as required.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and client expectations.
Communicate staffing, equipment, and operational needs to management.
Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and attendance tracking.
Monitor inventory and request supplies as needed.
Promote a positive team environment and lead by example.
Perform attendant duties as needed to support the operation.
