Lead Valet Attendant
About The Position
The Lead Valet Attendant plans and directs daily valet operations on an assigned shift, overseeing the valet team and supporting safe, efficient service. The role includes operating, parking, and retrieving guest vehicles as needed, maintaining work areas and supplies, and ensuring guest service and satisfaction. The Lead Valet Attendant is also accountable for departmental records and reports, team motivation, staffing and uniform standards, and representing RHC as an ambassador. The work may involve handling unsanitary vehicles and working outdoors in adverse weather, including rain, snow, ice, and extreme heat.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid state driver’s license.
- Good driving record.
Responsibilities
- Plan and direct daily valet operations on the assigned shift.
- Observe team members’ activities and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Operate, park, and retrieve guest vehicles safely as needed.
- Oversee cost-efficiency, staffing, and uniform standards for valet team members on the assigned shift.
- Keep valet work areas clean, neat, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Ensure a high level of guest service and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and thorough departmental records and reports.
- Consistently motivate valet team members on the assigned shift.
- Directly supervise valet attendants.
- Valet unsanitary vehicles.
- Work outdoors in adverse weather, including rain, snow, ice, and extreme heat.
- Act as an Ambassador for RHC.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
