About The Position

Lead Associates provide store leadership in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant to the Manager. They demonstrate a commitment to friendly customer service and teamwork and should show integrity and resourcefulness while working in a varied, fast-paced environment. Some duties are required only when other members of the management team are absent. The role includes closing the store, reconciling cash with daily sales reports, securing the facility for the night, preparing and maintaining store-operation records, operating the cash register, serving customers, receiving and processing donations, and hanging, inspecting, and tagging textiles and clothing in a production-style setting.

Requirements

Lead or supervisory experience is required.
Availability to work most store hours, especially evenings and weekends.
Receivers may occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds and frequently lift and carry 10 to 35 pounds.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities
