About The Position

Lead Associates provide store leadership when the Store Manager or Assistant to the Manager is absent. They demonstrate friendly customer service and teamwork and are expected to show integrity and resourcefulness while working in a varied, fast-paced environment. Some duties are required only when other members of the management team are absent. The position includes closing the store, reconciling cash with daily sales reports, securing the facility, preparing and maintaining store-operation records, and conducting inspections when necessary. Other work includes operating the cash register and assisting customers; receiving, pricing, and stocking donations; and hanging, inspecting, and tagging textiles and clothing in a production-style setting. Associates should be available to work most store hours, especially evenings and weekends. Stores are open Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. and open at 11 a.m. on Sunday. The listed pay is $17.25.

Requirements

Lead or supervisory experience is required.
Availability to work most store hours, especially evenings and weekends.
