About The Position

As Lead Account Management, Partner Solutions, Roundel, you will develop multi-channel, integrated marketing approaches across digital channels and platforms for Roundel clients. You will maintain productive, professional relationships with internal and external partners and use communication skills and media experience to explain Roundel’s differentiators. The role calls for big-picture thinking, tactical problem-solving, proactive resolution of roadblocks, and curiosity about digital media and ways to extend campaign messaging and objectives through different channels. You will serve as the key client contact for high-level annual planning through program-level strategy, delivering integrated media plans for Roundel’s top accounts. You will author and contribute to client campaign proposals, including audience strategies, media mix allocations, and creative and media strategies based on client priorities, insights, and historical media performance. You will consult internal partners on category trends and marketing needs, present recommendations to clients, track industry developments and identify opportunities for tests, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute effective results. The primary clients are located across several markets, including Chicago, New York City, Atlanta, Los Angeles, and Minneapolis. Candidates in these locations are preferred because the role requires frequent travel to support local clients. Relocation is not offered. The position may be remote or hybrid, depending on Target’s needs. Remote team members work full-time from home or another non-Target location, have no desk at a Target location, and may travel to headquarters up to four times a year. Hybrid team members may work remotely or onsite at a Target location depending on role, team, and daily tasks. Work duties must be performed within the country of the primary work location, unless otherwise prescribed by Target.
