About The Position

Bison Transport is seeking a qualified cross-border owner-operator team for a dedicated schedule running 5 days out and averaging 5,000 miles per week. This role involves cross-border freight, requiring flexibility and reliability. The schedule includes runs from Winnipeg to Ohio and Alberta, and Winnipeg to Michigan. Drivers will be required to drive Highway 17 in Ontario year-round and may need to perform rolling resets. Freight and destinations may vary, and hours of work can change based on operational demands. A $3000 sign-on bonus is offered, with guaranteed on-time payment.

Requirements

• Owner-Operator Team with 24 months tractor-trailer driving experience
• Valid Class 1/AZ license
• Bunk Truck
• Tractors equipped with a DEF system
• Minimum of 6 months verifiable LCV experience, including winter conditions
• Minimum of 6 months U.S. driving experience
• Minimum of 6 months Highway 17 experience
• Qualified team partner
• Eligible to cross the U.S. border
• Registered with the Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-border routes between Canada and the U.S.
• Operate a bunk truck equipped with a DEF system

• Maintain reliability, flexibility, and punctuality
