About The Position

We’re looking for a passionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with clients and provide supervision to therapists pursuing licensure. If you thrive in a flexible, creative, and compassionate environment, we want you! This position is flexible remote...meaning some in person and some through Telehealth. Looking for the right fit to join our growing team! We are expanding our team in Newtown!!

Requirements

Master’s degree in social work or one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
Licensed mental health professional (LPC, LCSW) in the state of Pennsylvania
Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, and complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy
Maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per week
Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training
